Putting tenants at the heart of what we do
The Regulatory Board for Wales, which advises the Housing Minister, are currently doing a detailed review to ask what putting tenants at the heart of what their landlord does, what resident involvement is like in Wales and exploring how tenants can influence the decisions of their landlord.
The findings of the survey will help determine what Welsh Government will ask of all landlords to ensure they are doing their best and listening to customers.
In the video below, Andrew Vye (Managing Director of Pobl Homes & Communities) talks about why customer and staff views are important and encourages you to complete the survey.
Completing the survey is a great way to have a real say to Welsh Government and only takes a few minutes. It would be great to have the voice of Pobl customers represented and there is an opportunity at the end of the survey to register your interest to be involved in a focus group to give your views.
The deadline for completing the survey is 10th April.
