Customer Service Committee

Our Customer Service Committee is a group of tenants and staff which monitors our customer service standards and service delivery. It meets every 2 months at Gwalia’s Offices.

Meetings last two hours and are planned in advance and chaired by an elected customer. The meetings are also attended by senior managers to make sure customers voices are heard by the right people inside the business and that their views are taken on board when decisions are being made.

Tenants sometimes look deeper into issues arising and conduct a “Service Watch” review. They research and make recommendations for improvements.

During the past year this group has:

  • Influenced the content and style of the Pobl Customer Engagement Strategy
  • Helped to develop the new Tai Gwalia Website (this one)
  • Assisted senior managers to appoint a new grounds maintenance company (to carry out the upkeep of  communal spaces in your local area)
  • Interviewed for new staff positions

Training and support is available for anyone interested in joining.
