Service Watch

This is a small group of customers who are commissioned (normally by the Customer Service Committee) to investigate customer experience and make formal recommendations to senior managers, frontline staff and Board Members on how to improve our services and customer experiences.

The group recently phoned a sample of tenants who indicated that they have been dissatisfied with services Gwalia has provided and find out their reasons for this.  The group then compiled a report of their recommendations for improvement to Gwalia, which you can find here –  GSW-Report-Identifying-Reasons-for-Customer-Dissatisfaction-April-2018.pdf (177 downloads) .
